Huang Wan Yun brings over 15 years of statutory audit and tax advisory experience. From 2007 to 2012, she served as a Senior Auditor at Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP, spearheading complex audit engagements for SGX-listed manufacturing conglomerates and multinational shipping enterprises across Singapore, China, and Malaysia. She subsequently supervised specialized audit teams at Chan Geok Huat & Co and Smalley & Sims PAC. In 2017, she co-founded Ei-Biz Management to provide transparent corporate secretarial and tax governance for foreign and local entrepreneurs.

Liu Yu Xuan graduated with First Class Honours in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK. He served as Audit Senior at Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP from 2011 to 2014, leading audits in mining, manufacturing, retail trading, and investment holdings. From 2014 to 2017, he served as Head of Finance & Statutory Compliance for the Singapore subsidiary of a prominent Chinese construction group, overseeing cross-border statutory accounting, payroll, and corporate governance. At Ei-Biz, he leads digital workflow automation, client bookkeeping systems, and statutory registers.
